All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before your bespoke order begins the manufacturing and dispatch process.
Prices for our products are subject to change based on market rates for precious metals and gemstones. We shall not be liable for price modifications once an order is placed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order due to inability to source specific raw materials, payment authorization issues, or violations of these terms.
Risk of Loss: In compliance with consumer protection laws, risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the items.
The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not collected by us and are not grounds for refusing a shipment.
We will ship your order to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure this address is accurate, as we cannot reroute packages once dispatched.
Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, these are guidelines only. External factors such as customs processing or carrier delays are beyond our control.
Every piece of jewellery undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance inspection and is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If a shipment is rejected by the customer due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any potential resolution.
We ship from our specialized facilities. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Customised Nature of Goods: Most items we sell (including rings, bracelets, and necklaces) is made-to-order based on your specific selection of gemstone type, metal setting, and sizing. Consequently, these items are classified as bespoke/customized goods.
Right of Withdrawal Exemption: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)) and global commerce standards, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (return for change of mind) does not apply to our products. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for correct items due to wrong sizing or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. You must report such issues to our support team within 14 days of delivery.
To process a claim for damage, please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographic evidence. We will verify the claim and provide a resolution in accordance with consumer guarantee laws.
Refunds for Defects/Loss: If a refund is approved due to a verified defect or a shipment confirmed as lost by the carrier, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. In these specific cases, standard shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
Because our products are made-to-order, the production process often begins immediately. Please contact us immediately if you wish to request a cancellation.
cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made before the item has entered the production stage (typically within 6-12 hours of ordering).
Once the casting, setting, or polishing process has begun, we incur irreversible labor and material costs. Cancellations requested after production has started may be subject to a fee to cover these costs.
Orders absolutely cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a custom-made item and agree to this cancellation policy.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Zeyana or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
No part of the site or its content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Wholesale accounts are for licensed business entities only and are subject to a separate wholesale agreement.
You must comply with all local regulations regarding the resale of our products, including but not limited to jewellery.
Special pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms apply to all bulk and wholesale orders.
You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or otherwise copy our proprietary designs.
You may not make any unsubstantiated medical or therapeutic claims about our products in your marketing materials.
